Latest Actress Sonam kapoor latest bollywood new upcoming movie news 2014
The ‘fashionista’ of Bollywood, the graceful and enchanting Sonam Kapoor reminded all her fans through twitter that she would be completing six years in Bollywood soon. Well, although we agree she couldn’t do well in the industry initially, she did manage to be on track and bounce back at the right time.
Six years back when her first film ‘Saawariya’ opposite Ranbir Kapoor, was about to release, it was pitted against the Shah Rukh Khan –Deepika Padukone Starrer ‘Om Shanti Om’. The only publicizing factor in ‘Saawariya’ remained that it was a Sanjay Leela Bhansali film, although the fact that both the debutant actors
in the movie were star kids, was not much emphasized. ‘Saawariya’ flopped eventually, but that did not stop her from moving on strongly in the industry. But still then, the way for her was rough as her films flopped back to back whether it was ‘Delhi 6’ or ‘Mausam’ or ‘Players’ for that matter. Though her filmy career was upside down (blame the bad choice of films), she managed to create a new image for herself by being the fashion bible of the industry. Her film ‘Aisha’, which focused on her love for fashion, helped her in a way, to set her ‘fashion guru’ image in the industry. A crazy fashion lover that she is, she experimented with everything and anything. She kept wearing different looks boldly and carried it with grace and confidence, which helped her get a lot of limelight at various functions and events. The ‘Masakkali’ girl always had the right choice when it came to style and fashion. Applauded and praised for her trend setting choices, whether it was the prestigious Cannes Film festival or the IIfa awards, she always did grab everyone’s attention.
With 2013 being a successful year for her on the filmy front , with back to back hits like ‘Raanjhana’ and ‘Bhaag Milha Bhaag’ ,the Aisha girl is all set for making a mark in the industry with versatile and promising films in the future.
